Privacy policy

We process the data needed to run the board: the account email used to sign in, the company and use-case details submitted for publication, proof documents and attestor contact details, and payment records held by our payment processor. Public listings and the approved public proof summary are visible to everyone. Proof files, private reviewer notes, attestor email addresses and payment details are not public. Payments are processed by Stripe; sign-in and storage run on our cloud provider. If you ask to be notified about the opening, we store that email address for that one message and delete it on request. We do not sell personal data or run advertising trackers. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us; published listings may be retained as part of the public record with personal details removed.
